Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No. 460 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 307 and other allied of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45847 of 2022, as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 460 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
