2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 324, 307, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner no.1 is of causing fasuli blow over the head of the informant inflicting serious injury. Further allegation has been levelled against other co-accused persons, including petitioner nos. 2 and 3, of assault

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioners drawing the attention of this Court to the FIR firstly contended that the alleged occurrence has taken place in the premise of a land dispute. Moreover, the injury which is allegedly sustained to the informant is found to be simple in nature as is evident from the impugned order. It is further contended that the petitioners are persons of fair antecedent and they undertake that they will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the court.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.
6. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the simple nature of injury and the fact that the petitioners are persons of fair antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with the further
