JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction for quashing the Letter No.03 dated 03.11.2012 issued by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj, Maheshpur Barsoi, Katihar, whereby the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled in terms of Letter No.3409 dated 19.09.2012 issued by the District Education Officer, Katihar. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 03.10.2013 passed in L.P.A. No.769 of 2012.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2986 of 2013 (3) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Katihar within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
