1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) To issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) commanding thereby to Respondent(s) concerned to grant 1st Time Bound Promotion with benefit of due A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression) with all the consequential benefits to the petitioner treating thereto service in continuity since his date of appointment in Bihar State Dairy Corporation Ltd.

(II) To further issue an appropriate writ(s)

Patna High Court CWJC No.15744 of 2015(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 commanding thereby to the Respondent(s) concerned that granting the aforesaid benefits, revise his salary as per his entitlement thus calculate his arrear of salary thus make payment to him with statutory as well as penal interest and/or grant any equitable other reliefs befitting in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e. the respondent no.3 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, before the respondent no.3, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no.3 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
