JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction for quashing the Letter No.07 dated 17.12.2012 issued by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj, Choundi under Barsoi Block, Katihar, whereby the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 03.10.2013 passed in L.P.A. No.769 of 2012.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.4000 of 2013 (3) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Katihar within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
