Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32578 of 2019(3) dt.31-07-2019 2/3 31-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 148, 323, 307, 504, 506 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Prosecution story is that SHO has received an information that there was scuffle between the parties and in his presence, the petitioners started assaulting the informant and other and petitioner no.1 has snatched the golden locket and petitioner no.3 snatched Rs.570/-.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners and it appears that several persons have been made accused in the present case.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down
