The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 248 of 2012 registered under Sections 304B and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner killed his wife in the maize field and her body was found having injury on face and different part of her person by knife, I am not inclined to grant him per-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
