The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case C.A. No.1147 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 384, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of demand of extortion of money of Rs.5,00,000/- from the complainant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. He further submits that petitioner no.1 is own uncle of the complainant and petitioner no.2 is cousin brother of the complainant. Learned

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case C.A. No.1147 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
