====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that he had solemnized the marriage of his daughter with Badal Sahni on 21.05.2021, it is next alleged that on 25.09.2021, at about 11:00 pm, on account of non-fulfillment of dowry, six named accused persons killed his daughter by strangulation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.02.2022.

No.29825 of 2022(4) dt.09-02-2023 2/2 Learned counsel next submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR nor he is related with the family of the husband of the deceased and the husband is in custody and the in-laws and the relatives of the deceased have already been granted bail by order dated 30.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 31238 of 2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the regular bail application of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bisfi (Aunsi) P.S.
