The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Simri P.S.Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 323, 337, 341, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Manoj Yadav, Srikant Yadav and Vikash Yadav having no serious allegation than the petitioner have already been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2017 passed in Cr.Msc. No. 60475 of 2017. The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.761 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 State.

Regard being had to the submission made above as also the fact that there is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Simri P.S.Case No. 115 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
