The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application:

"That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondent authority to allow the increment of salary to petitioner in the light of Rule 85(G) of Bihar Service Code from 22.06.2006 to 09.07.2009 and further pray for direction to respondent authority to grant of Earn Leave, Half Pay Leave and Medical Leave to petitioner from 22.06.2006 to 09.07.2009 and for any other appropriate relief/reliefs as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

Patna High Court CWJC No.25325 of 2013 (2) dt.05-09-2017 2/2 Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 3, the Director-in-Chief, Health Department, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his grievance as sought for in the present writ application within a period of three months. The respondent no. 3, the Director-in-Chief, Health Department, Bihar, Patna, shall consider the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt/production of such representation.

The respondent will be obliged to make payment in respect to any admitted claims for which the petitioner is entitled for.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
