2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noor Saray P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused persons looted the motorcycle after assaulting the informant. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner has criminal antecedent also. He is in jail since 30.01.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32822 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 and considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
