The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (Bhalpatti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the southern side of the garden situated at village. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
