The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.48 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused Subhash Kumar Yadav. He is involved in selling the stolen motorcycle.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
