2. Heard Mr. N K Agarwal, learned senior counsel along Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Uday Chand Prasad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State.

3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Koilwar PS Case No.126 of 2020 dated 18.04.2020, instituted under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
