JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 30-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.09.2020 the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit. Let, it be kept on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 29.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77901 of 2019 by this Court. Vide order dated 29.11.2019 the court has directed the court below to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, after verification the court below got 07 criminal cases against the petitioner which is mentioned in para 3 of the modification application. He further submits that petitioner has been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25086 of 2020(3) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 bail and in all the cases petitioner has been remanded subsequently in 07 unknown cases of Bikram P.S. The petitioner has been granted bail by the court below and by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the last part of the bail order dated 29.11.2019 is modified and court below is directed to accept the bail bond and release the petitioner, in connection with S.Tr. No. 141 of 2020 arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Danapur, District-Patna.

Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 29.11.2019 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, the modification is allowed.
