Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or order and/or order and/or direction commanding the respondents to make payment of dues of Rs. 1,42,654/- which has been due to the respondents. The petitioner has constructed the strong room and counting Hall of Bhore in Mahila ITI, Thawe due to Vidhan Sabha Election at Gopalganj for the year 2020-21 under an agreement. The total a cost of the agreement was of Rs. 987696/-." After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not to be in favour with the submissions made across the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner, more so in view of the
