Having regard to the fact that no part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, this Court must hold the preliminary objection of the learned Addl. Solicitor General that this writ application, for the cause of action which has arisen only in the State of Jammu and Kashmir on account of the order of dismissal having been passed over there is no maintainable due to want of territorial jurisdiction. When such an observation has been made learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move before the competent court having
