2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 302, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner (Lilamber Yadav) along with co-accused Rajesh Yadav caught hold of one Amrit Kumar (informant's son) and thereafter on the order of coaccused Rajesh, co-accused Raja Yadav shot dead Amrit Kumar.

4. It is submitted that there is no allegation of firing against this petitioner. He is only alleged to have caught hold of the deceased. Specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Raja Yadav. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned C.J.M Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. case no 207 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
