For issuance of a writ or any other appropriate writ order or orders, direction commanding the respondents to make enquiry with regard to urge financial defalcation and embezzlement of public money by financial company, in after

(II). For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, orders, direction commanding the respondent to return money to the consumers / members of the companies which have been collected / deposited at the end of maturity, on earlier in terms and conditions of its business."

Considering the nature of reliefs prayed for by the petitioners in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition while granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.
