The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 233 of 2020, dated 13.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was arrested while making an attempt to steal from a shop.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 14.05.2020 and a person of clean antecedents.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25895 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, his period of custody and his being a person of clean antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 233 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
