JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 19.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27573/2020. By order dated 11.08.2021 a report was called for from the court below about the stage of trial which discloses that the case is pending for framing of charge. Considering the nature of allegation made against this petitioner in the FIR and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is
