JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2024 Heard Mr. Brij Bihari Tiwary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned AAG 12 for the State and Mr. Mritunjay Kumar, learned counsel for respondents no.3 to 5.

Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "(i) For issuance of writ/writs, order/order, direction/directions directing the respondent authorities to grant the petitioner the benefits of 2nd and 3rd Assured Career Progression (ACP for short) from 2014 onwards which remain due to the respondents herein; and ii. For issuance of writ/writs,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7487 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 order/orders, direction/directions directing the respondent authorities to grant the consequential benefits of the 2nd and 3rd ACP counting from 2014 onwards; and iii. For any other benefits for which the petitioner may be found entitled."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs that for the relief as sought for in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already filed a representation on 24.11.2023 before respondent no.4, the Managing Director, Bihar State Hydro Electric Power Corporation Limited, Sone Bhawan, 2nd floor, Birchand Patel Path, Patna but the same is pending till date and the same may be directed to be disposed of.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioner, the Managing Director, Bihar State Hydro Electric Power Corporation Limited is hereby directed to forthwith take a conscious decision on the representation of the petitioner well within a period of four weeks without delaying any more in accordance with law, as well as, governing rules.
