The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for directing the Respondents to release the Medical Reimbursement amount of late father of the petitioner namely Ram Prasad Sah who died during course of treatment on 12.12.2011 i.e. about more than three and half years ago in spite of several representations filed before authority concerned."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.
