The petitioners are in custody in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 246 of 2019, arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 15.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 66.54 litres of liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, ae directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28181 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-V-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with G.O.
