====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard Mr. Sandip Kumar Gautam, learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 dated 25.04.2020 instituted for the offences under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the prosecution report, it appears that approximately 1926.720 litres of liquor was seized from the house of one Ajay Sharma. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. They

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25697 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 have been made accused in this case on their being named by the local persons as having fled away from the place of raid. The petitioners claim to be the persons of clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II Begusarai-cum- Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition Act, 2016 in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
