At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to confine the present writ petition to the petitioner no. 2 only. In such view of the matter, the petitioner no. 1 i.e Fair Price Dealers Association (Bhojpur) stands deleted from the array of parties.

The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the sole petitioner Shri Nand Kumar Ojha to issue a direction upon the respondents to release the amount deposited along with interest for procuring food grain since the same has not been made available to the petitioner.

At the outset, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 i.e the Principal Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection, Government of Bihar, Patna, regarding his aforesaid grievances, within a period of four weeks from today whereupon the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks, thereafter, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in
