2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 379, 504, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused injury with iron rod on the head of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 5.3.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner,
