Permission is accorded. Necessary correction be done during course of the day.

Heard both parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Adapur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 489(A), 489(B), 489(C), 414, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 47 counterfeit currency note of denomination of Rs. 2000/- was recovered from possession of petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40550 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/2 petitioner was not aware that the said notes were fake one and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2020 having clean antecedent. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody coupled with the fact that petitioner bears clean antecedent, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2020.
