2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Ramgharwa P.S. Case No. 36 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by order dated 01.07.2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 53033 of 2013.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
