That the instant writ petition is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions to the respondent Bank (Respondent no.7) to release/unfreeze the Bank Account running in the name of Bharat Sing and Dharmendra Kumar Singh, petitioners no. 1 and 2, which

Patna High Court CWJC No.15571 of 2015(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 has been freezed by the Bank Authority on the instruction of Police In-charge, Pouthu Police Station, Aurangabad (Bihar), issued on 27.5.2015 in connection of Pouthu P.S. case no. 13 of 2015."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Respondent No. 7 i.e. the Branch Manager, Allahabad Bank, Barahi Branch, Aurangabad, Bihar, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, by the Respondent No. 7 within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
