JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-06-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that after expiry of his authority to grant certificate of fitness on 06.01.2019, his request for further renewal of the authority is not being considered.
In paragraph '24' of the writ application, a statement has been made that the petitioner had been pursuing before the competent authority for further extension with high expectation but the authority has not bothered to adjudicate his claim for grant of extension/renewal for next term covering 07.01.2019 to 07.01.2024. In paragraph '26', it is further stated that the claim of the petitioner is still pending with the authority. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this
Patna High Court CWJC No.9474 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 court directs the Regional Transport Authority, Transport Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to look into the grievance of the petitioner, and in case it is found that the request of the petitioner for renewal of his authority for a further period is still pending, the same must be considered and be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
