The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 819 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1067 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 819 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
