1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case no. 288 of 2019 registered under sections 379, 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 337, 353 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of having illegally stored 2,200 cubic feet of sand without having any licence for the same.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He has no land in the village in question. He only has a hut in which his mother resides. He is in custody since 3.1.2024 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R, the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, his being in custody for 5 months since 3.1.2024 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case no. 288 of 2019, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, Bihar.
