2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner raising a grievance of less payment.
3. According to the petitioner, she was entitled to Rs.2,32,000/-, but she has been paid Rs.1,80,000/-.
4. The issue as to the difference of amount can not be decided in the present writ application. The factual enquiry as to the claim of the petitioner can only be decided after verification of the record lying with the respondents.
5. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent University along with a copy of this order
Patna High Court CWJC No.16443 of 2015 dt.04-12-2018 2/2 highlighting the error in the calculation and on filing of such representation, the Registrar of the University is required to pass fresh order on the entitlement enclosing the calculation chart. Aforesaid exercise must be completed by the University within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
