2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section(s) 323, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C. Later on Section 302 was added.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have stabbed the informant and his daughter. The girl subsequently died.

4. Considering that the petitioner is the main assailant, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

6. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application.
