"1. The writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to Respondent to consider the petitioner's prayer for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher as per successful candidate under S.T. category by B.P.S.C. in the year 1994 and in the light of Hon'ble Court direction vide order dated 26.3.2011 in L.P.A. No.1818 of 2010 and S.L.P. No.19539/2012 vide order dated 5.11.2012 and for any other appropriate reliefs." The petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.2 i.e. The Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna. The Respondent No.2 shall consider the representation of
