1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) A nature of certiorari setting aside the order dt. 28.8.2020 as passed by the respondent concern vide memo no.

DHS/M/20/1241 whereby and where under the service of the petitioner has terminated without considering the reply of the show cause filed by the petitioner from the post of Block

Patna High Court CWJC No.8445 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 Accountant Manager while by letter dated 17.4.20 the respondent no.4 issue a letter to adjust the money from the salary of the petitioner.

(ii) A nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents concern to reinstate the petitioner on the said post with all the consequential benefit."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
