2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "this is an application for issuance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8589 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/3 an appropriate writ (s), direction (s) for quashing the order as contained in memo no.90 dated 20.01.2024 issued by the District Co-operative officer, Khagaria, by which he has dissolved the Managing Committee of Chautham Block Boat Traffic Cooperative Society Limited and appointed Shri Praveen Kumar, the Cooperative Extension Officer, Chautham as administrator and authorized him for doing work of administration and financial on the ground that in lack of koram Chautham Block Boat Traffic Cooperative Society Limited has become degraded and for commanding the respondents to restore the status of Managing Committee of Chautham Block Boat Traffic Cooperative Society Limited."

Though learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the District Cooperative Officer, Khagaria issued by memo no. 90 of 20.01.2024 (Annexure P-4 to the writ petition), he concede that Office of the Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger has taken up the matter and has directed the District Magistrate, Khagaria vide letter no. 1300

Patna High Court CWJC No.8589 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 3/3 dated 23.02.2024 (Annexure P/6) and has directed to submit a report at an earliest.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this was issued in the month of February but still, no further progress took place forcing her to prefer this writ petition.

5. Learned State counsel submits that when the Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger has already taken cognizance of the matter, the petitioner should have waited for the final outcome.

6. In that background, when the Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger has chosen to look into the matter and has directed the District Magistrate, Khagaria to submit a report, it would be appropriate that the petitioner appears before him/her who shall take up the matter and on the basis of the report and after hearing all the necessary parties, pass an appropriate order preferably within a period of four months from the date the copy of the order is received by his office.
