ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The present contempt application has been filed for compliance of order dated 24.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9925 of 2012.

After considering the respective show-causes field by the opposite parties, it appears that the petitioner has already been granted his full salary for the higher post as had been directed by this Court. Annexure 'A' to the supplementary show-cause dated 29.06.2017 filed by the opposite party No. 3. It also indicates that the Assured Career Progression has also been paid to the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.294 of 2013 (20) dt.28-07-2017 P2/2 Thus, there is full and final compliance of the order passed by this Court.

However, Learned counsel for the petitioner raises certain contentions which have not exactly been spelt out in the order. Liberty is accorded to the petitioner to raise such contentions before the appropriate authority which shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
