JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). A writ of certiorari setting aside the final result dated 17/06/2021 declared in pursuance to Advertisement No.- 01/2019 inviting applications for appointment to the posts of Sub-Inspector & other posts as contained in Annexure-6, published by Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission, Bihar, Patna.

(B). A Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities concerned to declare

Patna High Court CWJC No.12688 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 afresh final result of Advertisement No.- 01/2019 and preparation of fresh merit list in accordance with law after including the name of petitioner in view of the fact that the result was declared without showing the marks obtained by him and thereafter publish fresh result in conformity with the guidelines of reservation by the Government of Bihar."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous with the passage of time, however, he be granted liberty to participate in fresh selection process, if any, in accordance with law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
