1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To appoint the petitioner on the post of Constable in Bihar Military Police/ Bihar Police (District Police) considering the candidature as one of the selected candidate as she has already passed and qualified in the written test and the physical efficiency test as per the advertisement published in Hindi daily newspapers 'Dainik Jagaran' dated 11.12.2009."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15649 of 2015(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 respondent-Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Government of Bihar, Patna submits by referring to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the cut off marks in the category of the petitioner was 36 marks, whereas the petitioner has obtained only 8 marks, hence she has not been selected.

3. The aforesaid factual aspect of the matter is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, hence I do not find any merit in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
