The petitioners seek bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020 dated 08.07.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. It appears from the prosecution report that 198 litres of liquor was recovered from a vehicle. The petitioners are in custody since 08.07.2020 and they have clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioners and the attendant facts, they are directed
