The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the informant. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29150 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
