Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non payment of honorarium.
Taking work and denying honorarium would amount to beggari which is prohibited under the constitutional scheme. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the relevant record to ascertain whether the petitioner has actually worked and if it is found that the petitioner has worked after valid
Patna High Court CWJC No.11112 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 engagement, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran Motihari shall be under obligation to ensure payment of honorarium, if not already paid to the petitioner within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
