The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.160 of 2019, G.R. No.1247 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-AA) & 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.02.2019. He further submits that from the possession of the petitioner one pistol and two live cartridges were seized. He further submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case, because he is son of Sub Inspector of Police. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29516 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 to the satisfaction of successor Court of Smt. Namita Singh, namely, Kumari Vijaya, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No.160 of 2019, G.R. No.1247 of 2019 with the condition that both the bailors should be the police personnel.
