Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner no.1 is the wife of the deceased employee, namely, Shambhu Kumar Pandey who had suffered a penalty of removal from service and he was the sole bread earner of the family. Without going into the legality of the order of removal from service, learned counsel seeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.16043 of 2012(6) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 sympathetic consideration to at least support the wife of the deceased employee and her two young daughters after the death of her husband and seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the Commandant, C.R.P.F. for taking sympathetic view in the case of the petitioner in view of the miserable financial condition of the petitioner.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
