JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-01-2016 Since the order of transfer is a chain transfer contained in Annexure-6, dated 24.8.2015 coupled with the fact that the petitioner has remained posted in the same area for more than 30 years now if she has been ordered to be posted after transfer at the headquarters where her wide and deep experience and seniority can be utilized for the betterment of the decision making etc. at the headquarters, the personal difficulties which have been expressed as reason for not leaving Purnea cannot be a ground to interfere with the order of transfer.
