Mr. AHMAD ALI ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 295 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat has been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry. The present complainant had worked under MANREGA scheme and was paid for the works done by him. There is no dues remaining of the informant. Moreover, the present complaint has been filed after delay of about three years without any explanation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.56498 of 2017(2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 295 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
