2. After some arguments, counsel for petitioner submits that the order under challenge is applicable in the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 [Bihar Act 23, 2011].
3. In this view of the matter, permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the present writ application with the direction to avail his remedy under Bihar Land Mutation Act,
Patna High Court CWJC No.15358 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 2011 [Bihar Act 23, 2011].
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
